Danielle Fox (PhD Art History, Northwestern University, 1996)
taught college-level art history and appreciation before spending several years at Sotheby’s European headquarters in London, learning about the creation and sale of great furniture and art collections. She has also studied Arts Business Management at the University of London, Interior Design at UC Extension, and worked in the non-profit arts sector as a writer, editor and project manager.
“I am a serial renovator and obsessive organizer, so when I decided it was time for a career change, this seemed like a natural point of departure. This brings my multitude of passions under one roof, allowing me to combine my interest in creating beautiful environments with my management, communication and service skills.”
“I am also convinced that our environment plays a key role in calling us to be . . . so any interior design project inevitably raises the question: who are you and who do you want to be?”
